Enterprise Trust Commitment

Customer-owned data.
Transparent AI. Contractual accountability.

VIDE is built for enterprise event programs where data ownership, AI transparency, and audit-ready governance are contractual requirements — not optional add-ons. We publish a dedicated AI Data Use Statement and a contractual no general model training commitment, backed by platform controls your procurement team can verify.

Customer-owned data

Customer event data remains customer data and is processed only to provide contracted services and configured AI features. Organisers control retention, export, deletion workflows, and module enablement per event.

Contractual no general model training commitment

VIDE does not use customer event content, attendee profiles, transcripts, prompts, or engagement data to train general AI models without explicit written customer consent. This is a published Trust Commitment pillar and a contractual requirement in customer agreements — not marketing language alone.

  • • Platform default: general model training is blocked unless a written opt-in is recorded.
  • • Platform administrators record tenant training consent grants and revocations with contract references in governance audit logs.
  • • Public API publishes enforcement status at /api/trust/commitment.

Procurement teams may request the applicable DPA, security pack, and contract addendum language through support@videxperience.com.

AI Data Use Statement

VIDE publishes a feature-level AI Data Use Statement listing every AI-capable product feature with data inputs, outputs, retention behavior, third-party processors, admin controls, and human-in-the-loop requirements.

What VIDE implements in the platform

These commitments are not website copy alone — they are implemented in the VIDE platform and exposed to administrators and procurement reviewers.

Three-tier AI governance

Platform → company → event settings control assistant enablement, provider chain, rate limits, and skill disable — resolved before every AI request.

Platform Trust settings

Publish/unpublish public commitment, block general model training flag, privacy contact, and tenant training consent records with contract references.

Attendee AI notices

Configurable consent modals for summaries, scoring, matchmaking, and sensitive workflows — versioned consent capture on live event surfaces.

Governance audit logs

AI setting changes, trust consent events, and training opt-in/out actions logged for enterprise review and export.

Feature-level transparency principles

Every AI feature in the statement above follows the same disclosure model: what data goes in, what comes out, how long it is kept, which processors may be engaged, which admin controls apply, and whether a human must review before action.

Attendee notice support

Organisers configure consent text for AI summaries, engagement scoring, AI matchmaking, and biometric or sensitive workflows (e.g. live transcription, virtual backgrounds). Attendee decisions are versioned and auditable.

Subprocessor disclosure

Model providers and subprocessors—including Google Cloud / Vertex AI, OpenAI, real-time media infrastructure, GCP infrastructure, SendGrid, and optional self-hosted inference—are listed with logging, retention, and data-region behavior when the corresponding module is enabled.

Audit-ready governance

VIDE maintains admin logs, AI feature enablement records, data export logs, retention policies, and deletion workflows for enterprise review—surfaced through platform trust settings and governance audit APIs.

Human-in-the-loop outputs

AI lead scores, summaries, and recommendations are positioned as decision support, not automated final decisions. Organisers may override default disclaimer copy per event.
